We want you to love your RyanFashion purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging (tags attached, unworn, unwashed)
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ryan-fashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Note:
If the return is due to our fault (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. size, color), the return fee applies.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds for Damaged Returns

If an item is returned damaged or heavily used, we may retain part of the refund based on the damage:

In such cases, 30% to 70% of the order value may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:
– Gift cards
– Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll send you a free return label if applicable.

Return Address

The return address will be provided via email after your request is approved.

Do not return items without confirmation from our team.
