🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Delivery
– Cost: FREE (on all orders)
– Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
– Carrier: UPS / DHL / Local delivery partners

2. Express Delivery (optional)
– Cost: €6.95
– Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
– Available in: Select EU countries

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide!
– Standard International Shipping: 4–10 business days
– Express International Shipping: 2–5 business days
– Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Order Processing Time

– All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
– Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.
– You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment in real-time.

🚫 Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
– Weather conditions
– Customs processing (for international orders)
– Incorrect delivery information

📍 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
